At Fowler Construction we understand that our customers demand value. Our in-house Quality Control Department provides constant monitoring of our material production and project construction to ensure the end product is of superior quality. Our staff are fully trained, from asphalt mix designs to the use of nuclear density compaction units. Staff are constantly updating their skills to stay on the leading edge of technology in the industry. Our facility is a CCIL Type A, B, & C with Superpave certified laboratory. We are members of the Ontario Road Builders Association (O.R.B.A.), Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association (O.H.M.P.A.), and the Aggregate Producers Association of Ontario (A.P.A.O.).
