Washed granite screenings are very fine pieces of crushed granite that have been cleaned with water to remove dust and debris. This makes them cleaner, more stable, and easier to compact for construction and landscaping uses.
Common uses for washed granite screenings:
Base material for pavers – Provides a strong, stable layer under patios, driveways, and walkways.
Pathways and trails – Creates smooth, natural-looking walking paths that are firm and easy to maintain.
Stone joint filler – Fills gaps between flagstones or pavers to lock them in place and prevent shifting.
Erosion control – Helps stabilize soil on slopes or around drainage areas.
NOTE: Pickup trucks will only be loaded if paired with a trailer that is at least 12 feet in length and equipped with a minimum of two axles. The combined truck and trailer must be legally rated to carry the intended load. Fowler Construction staff reserve the right to refuse loading any truck and/or trailer deemed unsafe or not roadworthy.
